Highly flexible and fully integrated façade system for light commercial applications
Decalu radically simplifies aluminium window and door manufacture, reducing frame and sash components from eight in most aluminium systems to just three, reducing stock holding and delivering manufacturing efficiencies of up to 40%.
Decalu uses a co-extruded and pre-inserted gasket. This makes window and door glazing simple, using an easy-to-fit, pre-gasketed knock-in bead. And because it’s co-extruded with a rigid PVC backing, it won’t shrink – eliminating call backs for gasket shrinkage.
Decalu uses through-frame drainage across its complete range, leaving clean, contemporary and uninterrupted sightlines.
Decalu aluminium windows and doors are available in dual colour, marine grade and textured finishes as standard, making pricing simpler.
Decalu brings leading-edge thermal efficiency to aluminium window and door design, achieving u-values as low as 0.68W/m2k. With integrated thermal insulation, it can also accommodate IGUs of up to 71mm, making it Part L and Future Homes ready.
