It’s about modularity. We use a single inner frame with an identical mid-section throughout our range. Decalu is also supplied with fully integrated thermal insulation; and most significantly, the use of co-extruded, pre-assembled gasket.
That cuts frame and sash components from eight in most aluminium systems – to only three in Decalu reducing stock holding – plus, delivering manufacturing efficiencies of up to 40%.
We don’t think colour should be so complicated. It’s why we offer any RAL colour; dual-colour; and textured and metallic finishes – as standard.
We also supply all products in a marine-grade finish, so that you don’t have to worry about where your customers are fitting it.
If you’re manufacturing aluminium and PVC-U we can offer the perfect match regardless of material-type. Aluroc, and Decoroc ranges include 16 colours and finishes which mirror each other across Deceuninck’s aluminium and PVC-U ranges.

Co-extruded and pre-inserted, Decalu uses a knock-in glazing bead massively reducing installation time by cutting glazing to as little as 4-minutes per pane.
It also means no more call backs for gasket shrinkage.
We’ve got you covered whatever regulation comes your way, with u-values as low as 0.68W/m2k. This includes the Decalu88 Bifold. Part L ready, it’s the only aluminium bi-folding door which meets new standards for new build using a double-glazed unit.
The Decalu88 Entrance door has a maximum bowing tolerance of 2.5mm, regardless of colour or aspect.
You know it, we’re going to say it. A successful bi-fold door installation is about getting it square and level. The Decalu88 Bifold is easy to glaze with its knock-in glazing bead and pre-inserted gasket. It also features two 7mm fully adjustable jambs offering 14mm of tolerance for out-of-square openings.
Our hardware is heavyweight. The Decalu88 Bifold accommodates individual sash weights of up to 200kg. While the Decalu163 Lift-and-Slide Door accommodates will comfortably handle up to 400kg on a single or double track option.
