Shaping the next chapter through partnerships, products, and progress
As the second half of 2025 gets underway, Deceuninck Aluminium is focused on purposeful progress, with new developments, product refinements and partnerships shaping the months ahead.
While market conditions remain mixed, the systems company is focusing on practical innovation, strategic partnerships and helping fabricators find solutions that are both scalable and achievable.
“We’re not chasing noise for the sake of it,” says Darren Woodcock, General Manager at Deceuninck Aluminium. “Everything we’re doing is aimed at making aluminium systems easier to work with, whether that’s through product design, platform efficiency or support on the ground.”
Momentum post-FIT
April’s FIT Show marked a key moment for the brand, with its Decalu88 platform demonstrated in a live working collaboration with Invisifold. The result was a fully operational slide-and-stack door on the stand that showed how the Decalu system supports both technical flexibility and simplified fabrication.
Since then, the business has continued to build on that momentum, with developments across internal systems, sliding platforms and new product refinements coming into sharper focus for launch in the second half of the year.
Encasa: the space within
Among the standout areas of opportunity is Encasa, Deceuninck Aluminium’s internal door and partitioning system. Developed for the growing demand in steel-look and glazed interior features, Encasa offers slim sightlines, clean profiles and a full range of formats including hinged, French, pivot, sliding and pocket doors.
“Encasa is gaining ground quickly,” says Darren. “There’s a clear appetite for internal systems that combine aesthetics with ease of installation. We’re seeing strong engagement from fabricators who want to diversify their offer without adding manufacturing complexity.”
Encasa is designed for fast turnaround on the factory floor and reduced waste during fabrication. Pre-engineered features such as an integrated lock block and modular hardware options make it easier to quote, build and install.
Sliding versions are available with soft-close and soft-open functionality, and the pneumatic pocket door variant is well suited to residential settings where space and style both matter.
“We’ve had a lot of positive feedback from fabricators and installers,” Darren adds. “It’s a clean system that works hard behind the scenes. It’s not just about how it looks, but how easily it integrates into production and fits into everyday projects.”
Looking ahead: Inline Slider and Zenova
Later this year, Deceuninck Aluminium will be introducing the Inline Slider, a new system currently in the final stages of development. While full specifications are still to be confirmed, the focus is on minimal sightlines, strong thermal performance and full compatibility with the existing Decalu platform.
The Zenova Pull and Slide system is also progressing, with launch plans now aligned to customer feedback and testing outcomes from earlier in the year. It continues the company’s emphasis on simple-to-use, high-performance sliding systems that balance function with design appeal
Purposeful progress through 2025
For Deceuninck Aluminium, the rest of 2025 is about building on stable foundations rather than rushing to release. That means supporting fabricators with systems that make sense operationally, and designing products that align with what end users actually want.
“The conversations we’re having are all about being considered and practical,” says Darren. “Customers want systems that are reliable, consistent and commercially viable. That’s exactly where we’re focusing.”
Encasa is already proving its place in that vision. And with new launches on the horizon, Deceuninck Aluminium is continuing to shape its offer around doing more with less friction.
